Akira is an older girl who belongs to some people in our village. The owners asked us for help to get this enormous mammary tumour removed.
Poor Akira must have been so uncomfortable. We took her into town to the vets.
We are so pleased that people are starting to turn to us for help to help their dogs. Even though vet costs are way lower than the UK, wages are so very low too.
Her operation was 900 lei (£170) but we also had her blood tested for parasites, de-flead her and will worm her too, so we need about £200 to cover everything. Our wonderful vets are so good for our slate there with them is always massive.
