Bill is one of over 100 dogs who have been living in what we have named the SOS shelter. This shelter is actually the home of Carmen, who has taken these dogs into safety over the past few years, but not had the resources to care for them properly. Bill is a small lad, who can be a bit shy, but once he warms up to a person he just loves a cuddle. This little oldie would be happiest in a house with other dogs, as he is fond of his pen mates and would appreciate someone to give him confidence in a house.
