Another day, another abandoned dog in Constanta. Franny got lucky that Oan just happened to be passing when she did. Franny is small, maybe 33cms to the shoulder, and is around 1 year old. She is home now with other dogs and cats and seems to be settling well. Franny can travel in 4 weeks time, early June.
