Tam was left at the village shop for us to pick up last year. He had an owner who didn't want him any more.  We just met him again on our April sheler trip and he has blossomed! Tam was a shy dog when he came to our shelter last year but now Tam loves cuddles and attention. He is slightly porky after the winter and his face is less black. He is cocker spaniel sized, ish. See his video here.
