ADOPTION CONTRACT

The safety of our dogs is of paramount importance to us. The under-noted contract sets out what is expected of you when agreeing to adopt one of our dogs. You will be asked to complete this contract once you have been successfully matched with a dog. Please take time to read it carefully before signing.
