We are delighted to have you visit our website and learn more about the BIG changes that our charity, Barking Mad Dog Rescue, is making for dogs who have no one else. Everyday, all over Romania, man's best friend faces, at best, indifference, and at worst, persecution and extreme cruelty. At BMDR, we provide sanctuary, food and veterinary care for hundreds of dogs in need.
This page is for business owners, from sole traders to large corporations, to show you how we can work together to make lasting change and say to one dog or many, 'You are no longer a nobody dog. We've got you!'
What does business support look like?
Whether a one off, or a longer term collaboration, we have lots of opportunities. This can be a one off donation, monthly sponsorship, a donation of skills and professional time - whatever size your business is.
SPONSORSHIP is a great way of supporting the dogs living in our shelters.
Sponsorship means a practical monthly gift of love.

Sponsoring our dogs means full bellies, medication and clean pens. Actual costs for each dog vary depending on their individual size and needs. Some will be receiving medical treatment, some will need special food and new dogs will need spaying or neutering, vaccinations, microchips, flea and worm treatments and full vet checks.
There are different types of sponsorship for business, but with all, you will receive quarterly updates and new pics of your chosen dog or dogs, and some BMDR goodies to share.

DOG FOOD
Our dog food bills are scary. Your help towards these will be truly lifesaving.
Did you know our dog food costs alone are over £1000 a month?
Not only do we have our own dogs to feed but are committed to feeding 150 dogs in a shelter far away, near Bucharest. This is owned by an elderly woman who has no one except BMDR to pay her dog food and her vet bills.
