Gill and Ella (3 years old)
"Ella was chosen because she had lived with cats and was already in Scotland. She was rescued from a hoarding situation and spent some time in the shelter. She settled very quickly and has been a dream ever since. It was love at first sight! Ella takes everything in her stride.
She walks well on and off leash and her recall is good. She gets on well with our ginger tomcat called Conan and also loves kids and visitors. She has been on holiday with us three times so far. She loves our dog walker and is really confident meeting people and other dogs.
She’s a big softy, quite lazy and loves the beach. Her favourite walk is along the beach when the tide is out.
When adopting, you need to have patience, and remember each dog has a history and will spook easily unless you are calm with them.”
