Nahla, 2018 (Highlands)
Nahla hasn't had much luck since she came to the UK. Adopted as a pup, she was returned to us after a change in circumstances AFTER FIVE YEARS. After a spell in kennels, Nahla has one night in an adoptive home, before the adopters changed their mind. Understandably, Nahla was fearful after so many changes, and she demonstrated this. She went to foster and was then adopted, near Inverness.
Nahla is a bright, intelligent girl who enjoys getting out and about but also thrives on connections with people. She travels well, goes out with a dog walker and got along well with the first dog she used to live with. She can be a little suspicious of new dogs, but we think she’d be fine with the right introductions. Full behaviourist support would be provided regarding introductions and transitioning into to a new home.
Nahla needs to find a home again and as an only dog. She cannot live with cats or other small furry creatures. She could possibly live with older teenage children who are dog savvy and sensible. She needs her own person who will give her the chance to settle and show what a wonderful dog she is.
