Andrew was rescued by our good friend Oana and her partner Andrei - they brought this sweet little boy to us right away where they knew he’d be safe. 
Andrew is a gorgeous, friendly little lad who so deserves a home to call his own. He will probably grow to the size of a larger collie or small Lab, we think. He needs a home with another friendly dog and lots of chances to get out and about and play - he’s such a fun puppy.
