Billy, born Feb 22
We met sweet Billy boy at the shelter in September. What a charming and happy little dog he is! Gea had found him abandoned by the side of the road on her way to the shelter one morning and brought him to safety. Billy would have been home by now if it were not for the DEFRA ban last year. He hadn't lost any of his enthusiasm for life when we met him and was so pleased to be out and about with the volunteers when they visited. Also, Billy is way smaller than we thought he would turn out to be. Not small as in tiny, but cocker sized though he might yet have some growing to do. Not much, we think.
He would need a home with another dog to play with and learn from for sure, and a home with rescue experience too. Billy will need an active family that can help him with his ongoing training, socialisation and development.
