Celia is a poppet who was found by a friend of ours whilst home in Constanta for the summer. First of all we thought she was a cocker cross as her ears were that floppy way. Celia hasn’t grown much so we think she actually will end up cocker sized (ish). She is a friendly soul and loves to get some attention. Celia may be OK as an only dog but as with most of our dogs, she would love to have another canine chum in the home for moral support and to ease the transition from shelter to home.
