Celia is a cracker! This slender girl was rescued from the public kill shelter of Navodari with an emergency batch of dogs in May. She is a friendly little dog who loves to play with her pals in her pen. Celia is sort of whippet size. Celia would do well in a home with another dog though would also adapt as an only dog too.
