Charlie is one of the eleven puppies dumped in the February cold, on wasteground in Constanta. They are all growing into fun and well balanced little souls.  They all so need a home as soon as they can.  A shelter is no place for a puppy to live. 
Some have ears like radars but should grow into these. Gorgeous!
Each of these pups will need another dog in the home. This helps with the transition to a new life. Puppies are full of fun and energy so active homes are needed plus a dog pal who is playful and tolerant really helps.
