Cindy is the sweetest girl who is so very wasted stuck in our shelter. She was one of a litter of pups who were taken in by a kind woman in the village. Cindy has grown into a kind and outgoing young dog. She loves when volunteers come to take her out. 
 
Cindy is looking for an active home, with another friendly dog in the family. An established dog can be an anchor for a new dog to lean on and learn from. 
 
Cindy is collie sized, maybe a little smaller.
