Cora, small, 2024
Cora was rescued in December when she and her four tiny pups were thrown out into the cold in our village cemetery. She was afraid to begin with - bewildered.
Once safe in our small shelter at our village house, Cora's lovely nature shone through. She was so relieved to be safe, surrounded by kindness.
Cora, like all our dogs, would do well in a home with another dog, but she is people oriented and we think she also could go as an only dog. If this were the case, Cora would need people who understood the need for her to have access to dog pals for socialisation and interaction - also with confidence building and widening her circle of experiences as slowly as she needed.
Cora is about 7-8kgs and measures around 34cms to the shoulder.
