Emily is an affectionate but slightly shy young dog who has a story behind her too. She was one of a litter of pups we found as tiny wee things born to a supermum, Ruth, last June. They were safely hidden in a drain pipe and Ruth was doing everything she could to keep them fed and safe. At the age of 10 weeks, Emily and all 5 of her siblings came to our shelter and we managed to catch their mum two months later. Emily is small collie size. Emily would suit a home with another confident and friendly dog from whom she could learn about life as someone's dog.
