Iris, small 2021

Iris, small 2021

Iris is a super little dog. We took her from a squalid shipping container down at the yard of the local dog hoarder in our village, when she had just given birth to her two pups, Sheeva and Henry. Iris is a confident little dog who has been a super mum to her two pups. She gets on with the other dogs and lives with cats too at the village house shelter.

Iris had certainly been someone’s dog as she settled straight into life at the village house shelter, and was asking to be let out when she needed to go. She is small and around 8 kgs. As she is so people orientated, we believe Iris could either live with another friendly dog, or be an only dog in a rescue experienced household, where someone is home most of the day. Iris would need regular access to canine pals.
