Jasmine, 1 year, small girl

Jasmine is new to our shelter and was found wandering lost, in the rain, in Constanta. The girls picked her up, dried her and fed her. She is just young - a year if that and is a playful and super sweet wee thing. Jasmine would be comfortable as an only dog where someone had plenty of time to spend with her or with other dogs with who she could play.
