Kelpie was another refugee from the public shelter. She came to safety with her friend Selkie and both these dogs are still waiting for a home. Kelpie is friendly with all the dogs in her pen. She is also more than happy to have some attention from her human carers, especially when the volunteers come to help, throughout the year. Kelpie would suit a home with another friendly dog to ease her transition to her new life. Kelpie is around 47 cms to the shoulder and weighs around 17 kgs approx.
