Larry is such a friendly and loving lad in what we call the SOS shelter, which is in fact Carmen's home. He is one of over 100 dogs which she took in for safe keeping, but did not have the resources to care for over a long period of time. Sadly Larry lost the lower part of his front leg in the dark days before BMDR discovered the plight of the dogs there. Larry is a little tubby now but there is no reason why he shouldn’t be able to get fitter and enjoy his walks once adopted. He has had some terrible skin problems like all the hoarded dogs at Carmen’s but is better now. Larry would suit a home with another dog or as an only dog in a home.
