Lemmy, born March 2019

Lemmy was rescued by our young colleagues at the high school. He was being beaten by local people and was badly bruised. At first we thought he had something broken, but fortunately not. Lemmy is described by Gea as the perfect dog. He is so very sweet natured with his carers and gets on so well with his dog pals in his pen. In May 2020 Lemmy was a blood donor for another dog who had parvovirus. Lemmy could be an only dog in a very savvy home if had had great access to a network of dog pals from the outset. Though really, all our pups thrive more if they have another friendly dog in the home. Lemmy is collie sized and may grow a tiny bit more, but we don’t think so.
