Loki was found by fellow rescuer, Mirica, as she was walking through the park one evening. He was starving and full of fleas, so she took him home for a warm bath and a good dinner. He’s doing very well now, and would love his own family home. It’s hard to predict with small puppies, but we think he will stay relatively small. As with all pups, he would do best with adopters who have lots of time and energy to spend with him. Loki can travel later in November.
