Mandy, sister Cirie and brother Shadow  were dumped tied in a bag beside a fruit and veg stall in Constanta.  Luckily the veg stall owner was a kindly man and he quickly got them out and word got to Gea.  They were around 5 weeks old upon rescue and so it will be some time before they are ready to leave Romania.  This is a friendly little family who we think will be small adults, perhaps up to 35cms. Of course, this is based on experience and is an estimate only!
Mandy will need another friendly and playful, tolerant dog in the home to lean on, and learn from. Adopters would be at home for pups, most of the day.
