Misty, Dec 2020, small

Little Misty came into our care via another rescuer who was not able to care for her nor pay her veterinary  treatment . Misty is one of three sisters  - the other two were adopted early but sadly not this little one.

Misty had parvo as a pup and then was in foster with someone until she came into our care at the turn of this year. She was in a poor state really, and we took her straight to the vet. Misty has blossomed in our care with good food and her needs met. Sadly though, she meeds to have her tail amputated. This is scheduled for mid April. Her tail is broken  - we have no idea what happened to it before she arrived with us.

Misty is a lovely little dog, only about 11 kgs. She would love a home where she had a dog friend to lean on to help her integrate to her new life.  She has never been an only dog since she was born.

Misty has been left with a slight tic on her nose from her parvo as a pup. This means she has tiny involuntary movements  - like a little mouse twitching.
