This super cute little guy was one of two pups dumped near to our shelter, later in February. Shy at first, they were so happy to be found and fed! Both Neo and his sister Daisy we think will grow to medium height, probs small collie size. 
Neo is an inquisitive, active  pup. We will be looking for a home where someone is home with him most of the day. Another dog in the home makes a huge difference to the time it takes to settle for these pups, so this is a prerequisite too.
