Penelope we believe to have been dumped in our village for us to find. We think she might be all labrador but of course this is a guess. She is super sweet and we think would settle as an only dog with savvy adopters. Penelope was a firm favourite with all the volunteers who visited our shelter in September. We hope she won’t have too long to wait for a home.
