Percy was one of five adorable puppies who were dumped at the roadside on the way to Calarasi. They were found, by chance, by the driver from the company who we buy dog food from in Constanta. He was on his way to deliver food to Coca from Constanta and saw them at the side of the very busy road he was driving on. Percy is one of those short-legged and longer-bodied like so many Romanian dogs. Percy will need another friendly dog in the home from home to draw confidence and ease his transition. He is a very sweet-natured lad.
