Petunia, born March 2020

Sweetest Petunia was left at our gate in the pouring rain where she took shelter under the petunias in the flower bed. She was soaked and hungry. It turns out she was one of three pups born at an abandoned house in the village. Someone had carried her down to us from there. There was Petunia and her sister and a brother who was adopted locally. Petunia is such a friendly girl in the shelter with both humans and her penmates alike. We estimate she will grow to collie height, maybe 50cms. Petunia needs a home with adopters who have plenty of time to spend with her, ensuring that she has ongoing training and opportunities for socialisation. Petunia, like all our dogs, will be so much more comfortable in a home with another friendly dog to ease the transition to home life.
