Phoebe is a lively and very friendly small girl who we rescued from the ps. She was so skinny and full of mange when the dog catchers found her. We treated her in the ps until we had room to take her. Phoebe loves people and is full of life. She will stay small. Phoebe would be happy as an only dog or with another friendly dog.
