Gorgeous Phoebe is one of the five rainy day lab cross pups looking for a new life. These pups were dumped one night outside our shelter. They were in great condition and were well handled. This is a good way to start for a pup. Phoebe is looking for a home with another friendly dog, though exception might be made to a rescue savvy home, where she had access to lots of dog pals. She will grow to lean lab size, we think, maybe a bit smaller.
