We were chatting to our rescue colleague Sorana one night a few weeks ago and she said wait, I have to go, I can hear something crying in the street. Bearing in mind she's a few floors up, we were mighty glad her heading is so good :) This wee toot was there all alone in the pouring rain, newly abandoned. 
Rascal is now 12 weeks old and Sorana thinks he will be Bichon size. It's a bit of a guess though. He's so cute AND he's ready for adoption offers.
