Rubine is a very new entry to our shelter as she was litterally handed through the window of Gea, our rescuer's car, two days ago. A man flagged her down and popped this little cutie in! She looks like a peke and is absolutely full of fun. She will be ready to travel in 4 or 5 weeks depending on her blood tests.
