Scarlett is another little scruffer whom Coca found as a tiny pup. Initially she was in Coca’s home but has lived in the shelter since 2017. Scarlett would be shy to start with as the only life she has known is that of a shelter for as long as she can remember. She stands around 35 cms to the shoulder.
