Cicely's story is so sad. She was found on the streets as a tiny  puppy and taken in by a kind woman. The landlord got nasty though and just a few weeks ago, Cicely was brought to our shelter as the woman was threathened with eviction. Cicely is such a beautiful dog but not photogenic. We wish we could show you how lovely she looks.
She is sleek like an Afghan - maybe she has some Afghan blood in her. - with huge soullful eyes. Cicely is lost in the shelter and just want to be someone's dog again.
