This is one lucky puppy. Troy was pulled from a local hoarding situation in very poor condition and now he is blooming. Troy won’t grow much more. He looks like a shepherd but is smaller. He is springer size now, though is super fluffy. 
Troy is a people friendly lad. He is great with his dog pals in the shelter too. Troy will need another friendly and active dog in the home to lean on and learn from but may be ok as an only where he had someone home with him the whole time and lots of adventures to go on, plus a strong network of canine pals.
