Willow, born 2013
This dear dog is one of the famous church dogs we rescued from a life of hell in a seminary. Eighteen friendly and lovely dogs were chained on very short chains to pillars in a courtyard, fed three times a week and rarely given water. They had no shelter either. All have had heartworm. Willow has come through this and now has tested negative at last after a lengthy treatment. She is medium sized - around 48 cms to the shoulder. Willow is a friendly and loving dog with the staff in the shelter. She so deserves her new life to start now. Willow is friends with all the dogs in her pen. In the right home, with rescue experienced adopters, Willow could be an only dog. She would need access to a local network of friendly dogs to tap into for socialising.
