Last week, we have taken the first 13 dogs for the latest rescue mission from the public shelter of Navodari. They are in the main skinny and full of ticks and fleas. Some have tested positive for distemper too. But at least they stand a chance now. They are getting good food and treatment for their illnesses.
Ion and his team have been super busy building a new pen and we have been able to secure another small strip of land next to the shelter to build a bit more yet. Those who didn’t test positive for distemper have been vaccinated.
We won’t give up on them!
