Arran is a dog who had an escape from the dogcatchers due to the intervention of a compassionate lady. He lived on the street and was cared for by someone. The dog catchers came and he was snatched. The lady who had cared for him went to the public shelter (Ovidiu) and took him out. She then brought Arran to the safety of our shelter. Arran is a lovely lad who is gentle and friendly with people and is a lower ranking dog in his pen. Not so much submissive but he just stays out of trouble. Arran is medium collie sized.
