It looks like Bertie will be one of those wee shorty legged dogs. He is such a cutie and is Spencer and Lawrie's brother. They and their mum came to the safety of our shelter in the summer. Bertie is ready to travel and is looking for a home where someone has time to spend with him and perhaps a doggy playmate.
