Fee is one of over 100 dogs who were taken into what we now call the SOS shelter, but is in reality Carmen's house. Before we stepped in, these dogs had been taken into safekeeping, but not properly cared for over time. Fee is a lovely girl, but quite shy. She would be happy in a home with another dog from which to gain confidence.
