Mandy is just a little dog who Coca found as a puppy in a field outside Calarasi. She and her sister were very small. She has been in Coca’s shelter for all of her life. This means she would be a little shy and life to start. She is so friendly and glad to see us when we visit. Mandy is only 28 cms or so to her shoulder. She would benefit from savvy adopters and a friendly dog pal to lean on.
