Sandy was a scared dog when we took him from the public shelter. What we didn't know was just how much he loves a one to one. Our assumption is that he had an owner who loved him and for whatever reason ended up in the ps. Maybe the catchers got him, maybe his owner lost interest or died. This lad absolutely threw himself (with enthusiasm of course) at the guys when they took him out for his photo session. He loves walking on a lead. Sandy is smallish collie sized, around 55 cms to the shoulder.
