Update, we have taken Storm to safety. Sorana says he is a wonderful dog. He is so clever and so biddable. Storm is not in our shelter but is an abandoned dog who is fed daily by a lady who has saved dogs with us before. He was dumped at a hotel complex and has been a chain dog as he still has the marks on his neck from that. Sorana says that Storm is a very gentle soul and she hopes we can find him a home to keep him safe off the streets before the dog catchers start again for the season round the hotels.
