To sponsor a dog by setting up a monthly bank payment, please follow the steps below:

STEP 1

Please arrange your monthly payment to the BMDR account. Please be sure to add your sponsor dog's name as the reference.

Please fill out the form below so we can send a certificate of your sponsor dog for your wall, a Barking Mad Dog Rescue window sticker, BMDR pen and a BMDR keyring.
